Head constable Jaisalmer Sanwala Ram Vishnoi, a soldier from Barmer, will probably be awarded the President’s Medal for Gallantry (Posthumous) for his bravery in defending a UN peacekeeping forces camp in Congo. Regardless of being critically injured, he displayed braveness and dedication in stopping violent mobs from breaching the camp’s defenses.
