RAIPUR: The BJP has demanded a high-level inquiry after a Congress block common secretary in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, was caught with 4 suspected Maoists, together with two girls, in Telangana.
BJP state president Arun Sao has written to Union residence minister Amit Shah expressing concern over the arrest of Chhattisgarh Congress’s Bhopalpatnam block common secretary Okay G Satyam in Telangana.
Congress says Satyam is not part of the social gathering in any kind.
Sao has urged the Union residence minister for an investigation to “expose what number of different folks have nexus with Naxalites”.
