NEW DELHI: The frontrunner to succeed Sonia Gandhi as Congress president, Mallikarjun Kharge, has refrained from the Bharat Jodo Yatra in his house state of Karnataka because the celebration has chosen to keep away from alerts that could be seen as skewing the presidential election in favour of any candidate.
